Jon Mobley has joined Dexter Solutions as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.
Mobley joins Dexter with more than 20 years of experience in various finance roles, most recently as the CFO at Mid-River Terminal LLC.
Mobley was welcomed to the Dexter team by CEO Mark Zimmerman, who commented, “With our finance chief retiring after 37 years, the search for a successor was not going to be easy. We are more than fortunate to have found someone with Jon’s tremendous intellectual capacity and principled energy. He brings the exact set of financial and leadership skills that will propel our finance function and company forward.”
Dexter’s Former Vice President of Finance, John Weldy, helped to recruit and train Mobley during the first half of 2016.
“Jon is an amazingly great match to lead the finance team at Dexter,” Weldy said. “He is engaging, a master of detail, a great team player, and a wise and proficient student of strategy.”
Originally from Corinth, Mississippi, Mobley received his degree in Accounting from University of Mississippi and his MBA from Union University. Outside of the office, Mobley enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with his children.
Former Vice President of Finance John Weldy retired from the company in May 2016.
