Dexter seeks BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT leaders!

We are gearing up to expand our integrated brand delivery service model and are building a team of thought leaders to identify, nurture and grow client relationships. Dexter is the leader in brand delivery services, offering a broad menu of branding, design, marketing, printing, promotion, technology and operational services. And we continue to add new features and functionality in response to our markets.

If you are a smart, experienced salesperson with a solid track record for generating growth in hospitality, restaurants, printing, promotional items or marketing agency sales, we’d love to speak with you. Location is extremely flexible – time in the office in not a primary concern and results are what count.

Below are some of the primary duties and qualifications:
  • Grow the assigned account base through a combination of existing account development and new account acquisition.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and ensure that Dexter is delivering on expectations and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively implement our internally developed DISCOVERY process for determining client requirements and opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal functions such as Account Management, Customer Services, Marketing Services, Product & Service Delivery and Technology to coordinate delivery and execution.
  • Identify and prioritize prospects and lead generation options in existing verticals as well as potential new verticals.
  • Constantly monitor and profile competitors and emerging capabilities and provide input to Dexter’s strategy and planning processes.
  • Negotiate terms of service taking into consideration pricing and margins.
  • Foster supplemental ties to clients such as speaking engagements, content development, sponsorships and trade shows.
  • Report on and analyze key sales metrics and pipeline performance.
  • Frequent travel is necessary.

Salespeople should have at least 5 years of experience. You should also be able to demonstrate a well-developed industry and market network of contacts. Experience in the Hospitality industry is a plus!
